SNL was obviously going to get in on the Fifty Shades of Grey action, especially with Dakota Johnson hosting, but because this is NBC, it’s not like we were in store for some hardcore sex humor. Unfortunately. Instead, Johnson portrayed herself talking to reporters about the film, including a middle schooler played by Kyle Mooney. The final shot is pretty funny, but the best joke from the sketch comes from Fifty Shades author E.L. James. “I pull him deeper into my mouth so I can feel him at the back of my throat and then to the front again. My tongue swirls around the end. He’s my very own Christian Grey-flavored popsicle.” THAT’S REAL.
