‘The Mindy Project’ Is Officially Moving To Hulu For Season 4

After Fox canceled The Mindy Project last week, news came out that Universal Television was in talks with Hulu to revive the series with the possibility of multiple seasons. And it’s now official: Hulu has picked up The Mindy Project for Season 4, and it’ll have the option to order subsequent seasons following the premiere, reports Variety.

“Mindy has been a beloved member of the Hulu family, so this deal is a natural extension of our relationship,” said Craig Erwich, Hulu’s SVP and head of content. “With so many of her fans already catching up and tuning in to the series on Hulu, we know her millions of fans will be eager to find out what Mindy has in store for the next chapter.”

For a series that’s already seen so many cast turnovers in just three short seasons, it remains to be seen whether or not all of the remaining cast will be returning, as Adam Pally just made his exit last season. Presumably, Season 4 will at least pick up where the last season left off [SPOILER], with Danny having made the grand gesture of flying to India to meet Mindy’s family to prove his love for her.
