David Letterman started his final show on late night television with a standing ovation, followed closely by the wit that made him such a beloved figure for years. The topic had to be The Tonight Show, of course. He’s probably right, but I wouldn’t say you’ll never see him on Fallon’s show in the near future. There’s a game with his name on it.
