The First ‘Fuller House’ Teaser Will Win You Over With An Adorable New Comet

I’ve seen every episode of Full House, which ran on ABC from 1987 to 1995 for eight seasons, at least three or four times. I’m not proud of this.

That’s a lot of speeches, and corny jokes, and ugly Joey shirts, and “how rudes.” But I wasn’t sure if I was going to check out Fuller House, the sequel series in which D.J.’s husband dies, so she asks the rest of the Tanners to help her raise her three boys (tame hijinks presumably ensue), because no Stavros, no care.

But then Netflix had to go and release the first teaser trailer, which doesn’t reveal anything about the plot, or even show any of the Tanners, except for the new Comet. (Fun fact: The original Comet was played by the same dog as Buddy in Air Bud; he died peacefully in 1998.) Now I have to watch it. Although that adorable puppy really shouldn’t be left by himself when no one’s home. That’s irresponsible pet parenting. Bubba knows a thing or two about that.

The Olsen-less Fuller House, which premieres February 26, 2016, had better have at least one animal on a skateboard. Otherwise, what’s the point?
