This week’s Archer had Sterling and Lana working with the Welsh, and guest starred Matthew Rhys, who also inspired the story for the episode.
After last week’s revelation, Archer thought it was best to drug Lana, take her to Wales, and talk out their issues. Lana did not approve.
Though she did calm down a bit. And Archer had a totally legit reason.
Things might’ve gone okay, except…
… there was also work stuff to do with Lloyd and Davith. Again, Lana did not approve.
With MI5 hot on the trail (and because we need The Americans references), Lloyd had to put on a disguise…
… and pretend to be an American…
… and then make out with Lana for spy reasons.
Archer did not approve.
Which meant that the MI5 guy had to be knocked out.
The same for Lloyd once he threatened to kill Archer and Lana.
And so there was another failed mission, and some lesson was learned.
Oh, and Ray finally got his hand back.
Oof, he’s gonna need a drink to deal with that.
