Many of us have scary roommate stories, but were any of those roommates actual pirates? While appearing on The Late Late Show, Aubrey Plaza told James Corden and fellow guests, The Odd Couple stars Matthew Perry and Thomas Lennon, that a former roommate of hers when she was studying abroad in Ghana was a pirate. A real pirate. Is Plaza joking? Is she always joking? Is she always serious? It’s so hard to tell, but if we take her words as gospel truth, make sure that your blonde, hard-partying, treasure-hunting roommate is just a lot of fun or is planning a mass pillage in your village.
