‘Banshee’ Takes Us On A Dangerous Ride

After last week’s “holy sh*t” episode of Banshee, we got a bit of a breather this week. There’s also some warm takes on female drivers and “no” meaning “no”.

Job and Sugar are still off heisting away.

And in the Hopewell household, Gordan seems to be trying to get his sh*t together. His new energy leads him to revoke Kai’s plea deal, meaning Proctor might actually see a jury.

Carrie, well…

…she’s not quite there yet. That doesn’t excuse this Scuyver character’s actions.

Meanwhile, Deva is plotting on stealing from a peculiar game shop, where titles are $75 for months on end and there are plenty of Nintendo Power back issues.

Proctor sent Burton over to meet with the Red Bones collecting Tommy Littlestone’s body, presumably for more than a simple “hello”. Rebecca manages to strong arm her way along. Usually following a car leads to a scene at the destination, but that’s not the case here.

Under the assumption that Siobhan might actually turn him in, Hood decides to flea the scene. He has some touching goodbyes to Carrie and Deva, and some parting shots for Proctor.

At this point Kai is arrested for assaulting a police officer (HA!) and is taken to jail.

After many calls, Hood finally meets up with Siobhan. She tells tells Hood that he not gonna get turned in, but has to get out of Banshee. And if all this had happened the night before, that might be how it all played out. But then Chayton decided to stop by the station with a few of his buddies.

Oh that can’t be good. This is where we’ll be picking up next week.
