Rashida Jones missed her chance to hang out with Bill Murray on the Parks and Recreation set when she and Rob Lowe departed for Michigan with their bag of knives, bras, and loose onions. She won’t make that mistake again: Murray will play a grocery store clerk named Vic Deakins who flirts with Jones on her TBS comedy, Angie Tribeca, which premieres this summer.
The police procedural satire, which centers on a group of quirky LAPD detectives, will feature Murray in one episode as Vic Deakins, an amiable grocery store clerk who flirts with Angie (Jones) while on the job and passes her his phone number. (Via)
