‘BoJack Horseman’ Season Three Has A Premiere Date And Critical Teaser

Netflix’s first foray into animated sitcoms, BoJack Horseman, has been a resounding success. It’s one of the funniest shows on television (“television”), and you — yes, you — should be watching it. There are only 24 episodes to date, so you have no excuse to not be caught up by the time the show returns for season three on July 22. Or you can binge the entire series starting now. What else are you doing today? You already did a business.

BoJack‘s third season has our leading horse-man “grappling with his legacy while trudging through an increasingly turbulent Oscar campaign for his star-making turn in the Secretariat biopic. BoJack struggles with how he’ll ultimately be remembered by his fans and what lasting impact he’s made on those closest to him.” That sounds pretty heavy — BoJack Horseman and You’re the Worst “get” depression in a way other shows don’t, which is impressive, considering they’re both ostensibly comedies; also, one’s about a talking horse — but don’t worry, pleads Netflix, “there are lots of silly puns and talking-animal jokes and celebrity cameos and all the other stuff that everybody loves about BoJack Horseman. It’s a very funny and good season.”

Prepare to feel some feelings.
