Cooking Meth Becomes Adorable When ‘Breaking Bad’ Gets The ‘Mr. Men’ Treatment

As recently as 2011, there was a rumor that Fox was trying to adapt the classic British children’s book and cartoon series Mr. Men as a big screen movie. Of course, most people who grew up after the 1970s and early 80s probably have very little idea as to what Mr. Men was, but some people would probably recognize the oddly-drawn characters like Little Miss Chatterbox and Mr. Tickle (or if it involves Game of Thrones characters). The best way to introduce a new generation to old characters, though, isn’t through a feature film, but instead a very clever parody of something that is universally loved. Like, for instance, Breaking Bad.

The geniuses behind Eager Beaver Films did just that with this Breaking Bad/Mr. Men mashup that is so good that it even earned a like from Aaron Paul on Facebook. That’s bigger than a Pulitzer these days. Hey, maybe if Better Call Saul ends up being a mistake after all, AMC could pick this idea up as a Saturday morning cartoon.
