Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy Have Gloriously Landed An A&E Reality Series

Let’s crack open the Moët because Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy, my favorite celebrity couple in the whole wide world, have just landed their very own reality television series. According to The Wrap, A&E will air a ten episode order of Donnie Loves Jenny next year, kicking off with an hour long special filmed during their recent wedding. Do you think they’ll cover the Marky Mark drama? PLEASE say they cover the Marky Mark drama. Actually, the Marky Mark drama was probably at least 70% because of this very reason, come to think of it.

Of course, A&E is already home to Wahlburgers, the reality series about the Wahlberg family hamburger restaurant, so this was only the logical next step. The couple said in a statement:

“We’re so excited about this deal and look forward to a long and successful relationship creating entertaining and provocative unscripted programming with our partners at A&E. Our feeling is, who better to make our first show for the network about than about us? We love working together and with our crazy schedules, this gives us the chance to both work and play together.”

I probably don’t have to tell regular readers of UPROXX how excited I am about this. Jenny McCarthy already constantly overshares about her love and sex life with Donnie Wahlberg as it is, like how she may or may not have lost her wedding ring doing butt stuff (my words, not hers) and of course, going into excruciating detail about her husband’s “beautiful” penis. And that’s without a reality show! My mind is reeling with the possibilities of what nuggets might be unearthed when they’re given a whole hour to be ridiculous every week.
