Eleven From ‘Stranger Things’ Is Also A Pretty Good Singer

Eleven doesn’t say much on Netflix’s breakout sensation Stranger Things. She’s the strong, silent type (with the power to flip speeding vans using her mind), rarely whispering more than “mouth breathers” or “friends.” But the actress who plays Eleven, Millie Bobby Brown, is actually a pretty good singer! The 12-year-old, who was born in Spain but grew up in the Spain of the United States — Orlando, Florida — has been uploading videos to her YouTube page since 2014, though they were only discovered once seemingly everyone on Earth (and under, in the Upside Down) started watching Stranger Things.

In the videos below, you can hear Brown cover Amy Winehouse, John Lennon, John Legend, and Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love,” as popularized by Adele. Also, she’s a total badass. “I train to box,” she told Vulture. “Obviously I don’t want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It’s at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It’s a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I’m homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point.”

Don’t mess with Eleven. Or else you’ll pee your pants.
