Darth Vader doesn’t reveal, “Luke, I am your father” in The Empire Strikes Back. It’s “no, I am your father.” Captain Kirk never says, “Beam me up, Scotty” in any Star Trek show or movie. It’s “Scotty, beam us up.” Daenerys Targaryen, well, she actually does yell, “WHERE ARE MY DRAGONS” on Game of Thrones, but not as often as you might think. That line is arguably the show’s second most-used quote, after “winter is coming,” and it even became a popular meme. But Dany only said it once, during her regrettable time in Qarth.

But “WHERE ARE MY DRAGONS” has taken on a life of its own, and Glamour asked Emilia Clarke to give the question we’ve all asked at least once in our lives (“Would you like fries with that? Also, WHERE ARE MY DRAGONS?”) a modern-day update. She fully commits, demanding answers to relatable problems like where’s the toilet paper and where’s the plunger.

Glamour also spoke to the Game of Thrones star, who will soon appear in Me Before You, about playing the “Beyonce of the Seven Kingdoms”:

“This gorgeous girl once said to me, ‘Watching Khaleesi makes me feel like I can be a strong woman.’ I remember being like, ‘That’s proper.’ That is a wonderful thing. Then there are times with certain dudes where I’m like, ‘You’ve seen my tits. OK, sure, you can have a selfie.’ Awkward!

Dudes, do not ask Emilia Clarke “WHERE ARE MY SELFIES.” It won’t end well.
