There are many reasons that Hanksy is our favorite street artist. And now here’s another: after Colbert openly pleaded for Banksy — who’s currently in New York doing his thing — to tag the building that houses his studio, Hanksy showed up the night after Tom Hanks was a guest and tagged Colbert’s building instead.
Naturally, this has lead Stephen to believe that Tom Hanks is actually Hanksy. HOW DO WE KNOW HE’S NOT?!?! And how awesome would it be if he was?
