Man am I a sucker for a revamped Parks and Recreation intro. There was the recent Eagleton doppelganger version, and the Community one a few years back. There’s just something about the quick cut brevity and the pep in the theme that brings out a Pavlovian response in me.
So couple all that with imagery of a younger version of the cast in an imagination of what it would be like to live in a world where the thinking behind The Carrie Diaries doesn’t make me nauseous and you’ve got yourself an internet winner. I would also accept a Ben Wyatt prequel miniseries called Ice Town.
