New Marijuana Policy was definitely a highlight from last week’s Woody Harrelson hosted episode of Saturday Night Live. Not only did it poke fun at the silliness of New York’s marijuana laws, but it also allowed Harrelson to relax a bit and play himself. No need to pretend to be some hard ass goober serving beer to serial killers here.
In this bonus footage/outtake from the sketch, Harrelson leads his group of pot smoking followers in a weed-tinged version of “Kumbaya” before realizing that the cameras were rolling the entire time. It makes me want one of those hoodies he’s wearing even more because it looks comfortable as hell.
I’ve been enjoying these little side videos NBC has been posting for Saturday Night Live, especially the ones that don’t have much to do with what we get to see on TV. It is nice that we can get a little glimpse behind the curtain here in the 40th season.
