Jon Snow’s Eyes May Have Offered A Huge Hint About His Future On ‘Game Of Thrones’

SPOILERS

There has been a lot of skepticism about the fate of Jon Snow on Game of Thrones. Despite statements from both Kit Harrington and the finale director that Jon Snow is “deader than dead,” and that Harington will not be coming back, no one seems to want to believe it. Emilia Clarke — who plays Daenerys Targaryen — thinks there’s a 50/50 chances to Jon Snow is returning, and the Internet has spun tons of interesting theories suggesting that he will return (even though Harington will be filming a movie this summer). I’m sure a better understanding of Azor Ahai would also offer some insights as to his fate.

Here’s one more possible piece of evidence pointing toward the fact that Jon Snow is still alive: At the end of the Game of Thrones finale, “Mother’s Mercy,” Snow’s eyes change color.

Or at least, that’s what MTV’s Josh Wigler is saying, after many on Twitter suggested as much. The theory has actually gained some steam, and comments on the articles seem to reinforce the idea that Jon Snow’s eyes change (possibly to a purplish hue) in the last second.

Do you see it?

Because I don’t see it. And the more comments I read suggesting that it definitely changes color, the more I think I’m going crazy. Is this like the white or gold dress? Do some people see it and some people don’t?

Here it is without the shadows because, apparently, it’s even more obvious here.

What? Nope. I’m still not seeing it, although some insist that they’re lighter. That they’re purplish. Or icy green.

Can you see it?
