So, from what I understand, a lot of people enjoy Game of Thrones. Some folks watch all the episodes, some read all of the books, a few can even speak Dothraki. However, not everybody has a kid who can get them into exclusive parties to schmooze the cast.
While promoting the return of Scandal, Kerry Washington told Jimmy Kimmel a story about her parents’ obsession with the fantasy show. While at an HBO party, Kerry’s mother ran into Jason Momoa, best known as Khal Drogo. Upon meeting Momoa, Washington’s mother turned into a teenager, swooning over the actor in front of her husband.
After noting that her father was pretty much cool with all the swooning, Kimmel made the suggestion that a threesome may have been in order. This did not sit well with Washington, who spent the next 30 seconds recoiled in horror. I for one don’t blame her one bit. It’s a good thing my parents tend to stick to the news channels as far as television goes. Although Dad did mention something about Erin Burnett the other day, and Mom didn’t object. But it’s not like he would… ugh. Yeah, that really is a terrifying thought.
