As the guest following Jon Hamm, Lizzy Caplan had some complaints about her standing as a person and made a case that she was in fact better than the Mad Men star. This prompted Hamm to run back out for Caplan’s retelling of a pilot they did on The WB and how one of them was fired soon after.

From there, Hamm stayed around to provide occasional commentary and one liners to Caplan’s tales of simulated sex with her co-workers and getting naked for a man in a gorilla suit. There are two takeaways from all this: those Masters of Sex scripts got weird this season, and Hamm may have found another gig if this acting thing doesn’t work out.
