Either David Letterman has no idea who Kristen Wiig is, or he doesn’t give a sh*t. Or both? Guy’s seen so many famous people come and go that you can give forgive the 66-year-old asking the Secret Life of Walter Witty star ridiculous questions, like when you start on SNL, “what kind of dough are you making?” and whether Wiig is planning to go back to college to get her degree, and if she took acting classes to meet guys.
It’s rather uncomfortable at times, but Wiig deserves to be asked ALL the awkward questions. Make her feel as awful as we do every time any of her characters reappear on SNL.
