Leave it to Seth MacFarlane to make one of his characters a giant d*ck. It’s well known, at least among those who leave Family Guy on after Bob’s Burgers, that Peter Griffin’s chin looks like, well, balls — there was even a joke about it on the show. Slightly more subtly, insomuch as a cartoon penis can be subtle, is the fact that Lois is also animated to resemble a “lower horn.” As noted by Redditor Shadow8P:

Can’t unsee…like that time Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder were let down by iTunes (TBS: very funny). Anyway, what this means is that when Peter and Lois get intimate, they complete each other’s package. But please don’t look for proof of this online — typing in “Lois Peter kiss” leads to things you cannot unsee…like that time Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder were let down by iTunes.
