Disney’s Once Upon a Time takes place in a world of magic, mystery and wonder, all of that happening in a fictional town nestled inside of the heart of Maine. Various fairy tale characters are transported out of their world and into the town of Storybrooke, stripped of their memories due to a powerful curse. The upcoming sixth season of Once Upon a Time will of course have some new characters in play, this time from the world of Disney’s Aladdin.
Variety reports that Sunday at Comic-Con Disney and ABC unveiled the first few minutes from the next season, including footage of Aladdin and his arch-nemesis, Jafar. Watch as Aladdin and Jafar clash, revisiting their shared history from the 1992 classic film Aladdin before both are struck by the mysterious curse and transported away from their home. These few minutes set the scene for the upcoming season and will definitely leave fans wanting more.
How they’ll interact with Snow White and the gang is still yet-to-be-seen, but if you need a bit of a refresher on the clashes between Snow White and the Evil Queen throughout the previous five seasons, ABC also released a sizzle reel featuring some of the tangles and arguments between the two. Season six debuts on September 25th on ABC.
