‘Game Of Thrones’ Fans Are Getting Really Desperate To Learn About Jon Snow’s Fate

The best thing about this season of Game of Thrones, besides the increase in totally bonkers theories, is that it will (hopefully) answer the question that’s dominated every conversation about television these past nine months: Hodor? Also, is Jon Snow dead? In Sunday’s season premiere, we finally got an answer — “Jon Snow is dead” — but it’s not as simple as that. It never is.

He might have warged into Ghost, or Melisandre will resurrect him, or it will turn into a Weekend At Bernie’s situation, with Tyrion and Varys dragging Jon’s corpse around Meereen. No matter what happens, Game of Thrones isn’t done with Jon Snow, but the cast is over questions about his fate.

Earlier today, Sophie Turner, who hasn’t shared a scene with Kit Harington since season one, shared the following image on her Instagram.

Judging by the caption (“Bribery”), it was a clever attempt by the Belgraves hotel in London to get an answer out of Turner, who’s actually a better Jon Snow than Kit Harington. It, presumably, did not work, but good effort, guys. If I were Turner, I’d use knowing what happened to the former-Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch to my advantage. “I’ll tell you if Jon Snow comes back or not if you give me free guacamole, Chipotle cashier.”

(Old) God (and the New) knows she’s suffered enough.
