The Flash is back, after nearly a month away, and it’s answering the biggest question: How the heck can a character be both a hero and a sadistic villain. We’ll find out tonight!
Ever since the show revealed that Zoom is an alternate version of Jay Garrick, either his double from Earth-1 or one from another Earth altogether, we’ve been wondering how they’ll make that work. The answer appears to be that Jay Garrick comes from the same reality as Gotham, which we really hope is the next crossover. Hey, it would be a heck of a lot of fun, even if it means probably leaving Barry emotionally scarred for life. Speaking of scars, we’ll see just how many Zoom inflicts tonight at 8 p.m. EST on the CW.
Meanwhile, Agents of SHIELD is about to go full superhero on us:
Yes, after three seasons and slowly introducing mutan-ah, heh, introducing Inhumans, we’ll finally see a Marvel superteam kick butt on network television. We have literally nothing else to say about this, because it’s inherently pretty awesome, so we’ll just note that it’s airing tonight, at 9pm EST on ABC.
