And stunned they should be. I’d expect a river otter to come on land for a meal at a cafe, but not a sea otter. I hope the cafe’s management snapped a picture, because an otter eating a clam at one of their tables would be a great ad campaign. “Most authentic seafood in town! Otter-ly irresistible!”
