The Walking Dead premiere might not have broke records with its ratings, but it did bring its A-game for the story and with the visuals. You can’t really go wrong when you have an entire herd of walkers causing trouble, especially when it comes to The Walking Dead (much better than your typical episode, at least).
Missing from our GIF roundup was this slight blessing of a video that pits Rick Grimes against another Rick, putting the whole annoying Rick-Roll thing into perspective. I can totally see someone either using Rick Astley to troll the heroes of The Walking Dead and put them all into harm’s way, or I can see Astley himself taking part in it. He’s likely a bit of a dick with all this new found meme success. Getting a chance to run out on The Today Show or Good Morning America in these modern times can poison a man’s brain.
For my money, I think I would’ve used this song instead. It might not have the meme behind it, but I think Huey deserves to get a little bit of a humor resurgence. Make it happen, Internet. Give Huey Lewis his due!
