Criminal Minds (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) – In the season 12 finale, Reid faces an old enemy while the BAU team hunt serial killer and escaped convict Mr. Scratch with the help of Derek Morgan.

Blackish (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) – Season three ends with Dre planning the ultimate baby shower for Bow but the celebrations are interrupted when Bow pays a visit to the OBGYN and discovers she’s having complications with her pregnancy.

Arrow (CW, 8:00 p.m.) – Oliver returns to his day job of mayor and has to figure out a way to stop the forced release of dozens of violent criminals prosecuted by Adrian Chase. Oh, and he also gets a welcome back gift in the form of a mysterious corpse encased in concrete that’s delivered to his office.

Blindspot (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) – The team finally breaks a member of Sandstorm and discovers shocking new info about Phase Two of Sandstorm’s plan.

Shots Fired (Fox, 8:00 p.m.) – Ashe and Preston face pressure to solve Joey’s murder after a possible murder weapon surfaces.

Survivor: Game Changers (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) – It’s time for another castaway to get the boot.
