Kelly Ripa stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, where she was surprised with these clips of what was probably her first-ever television gig on Philadelphia’s premiere local dance party television show, Dancin’ on Air. Kimmel never actually said the name of the show, but this Philly girl knows what it is. (She also appeared on Dance Party USA.)
Here are the things I learned about Kelly Ripa this morning: Not only is she from the Philadelphia area (South Jersey), but she was a regular on Dancin’ on Air. Socks with pumps were also legit fashion back then, so laugh all you want.
