Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson are set to reprise their roles from 2012’s hit Pitch Perfect. Via Vulture:
To make sure Pitch Perfect 2 doesn’t become Pitch Pretty Okay, Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson have official signed on to reprise their roles. The Elizabeth Banks—directed sequel is currently scheduled for a May 15, 2015 release. No word yet on if any of the rest of the cast will be back. So, hold tight before getting too excited over learning about Lilly’s burgeoning beat-boxing career.
All I really read there was ANNA KENDRICK, and then I fainted with the back of my right hand pressed against my forehead. The first movie was admittedly amusing. Rebel Wilson has one gimmick, and she plays it pretty well, and Kendrick is fantastic on all levels. Except in Twilight. Nothing is good about those movies. NOTHING.
Such an epic love story.
