This ‘Camel Toe’ Prank Is So Pointlessly Simple, Yet Ridiculously Effective

When the world ceases to be fooled by well-conceived, highly-detailed pranks, the simplest of jokes can work the most notable effects. The fine folks at the Whatever YouTube channel went literal by hiring a camel and directing him to hang loose behind a curtain. One by one, unsuspecting lady victims walked by as some dude cracked jokes like, “That’s a huge camel toe!”

The responses to this simple silliness were almost universal. People would first look southward to check the appropriate areas, and then they’d glance over and see the honest-to-god camel hanging out like, well, a real-life camel. These people did not grow angry, and no one grew physically or verbally abusive over the juvenile humor at hand. Instead, most people got a kick out of this obvious tactic and walked away laughing. This prank brings it all back to a more innocent internet time, long before complex and possibly fake pranks invaded cyberspace with a viral-seeking vengeance.
