This video seems a little fishy, probably due to the lack of a ticket and the officer’s calm demeanor. I can’t say I would’ve been able to react to this lady in the same manner and if it is real, this officer deserves a little bit of praise.
I always cringe a bit when I see videos of traffic stops involving folks attempting to exercise their knowledge of The Constitution. It’s not that I think they’re wrong all the time, but they can never seem to do themselves any favors.
The good part is that this clip ends a lot better than the more recent police interactions we’ve been seeing around the web. Imagine this officer switching roles with the cop who was caught barking at the UBER driver in New York. Total bloodbath.
