According to the Dolphins, the team and Jeff Ireland mutually agreed to part ways. Really, he got fired and was terrible, but the team is trying to be kind to him for some reason. That’s what happens when your franchise is off-season champs then misses the playoffs. In a just world, Dez Bryant would have been able to deliver the news. The fact that Ireland is out of a job will have to do for now.
