This video dates back to June, but the rule of thumb in these here parts of the Interwebs is that if I haven’t seen it, then it’s new to me. That said, this pre-school tap dance recital comes to us from something called the Dance Factory, and you can tell that most of these little girls are trying their hardest to stick to the routine that their teacher has probably worked dilligently to get them to learn. I just pray that she’s not like some of the awful, shrieking parents from Dance Moms. Not that I watch that show at all.
But one of the young girls in this video if an independent spirit and dances to her own audience, as she most certainly broke from the routine and gave the crowd an unexpected laugh. Although, I can’t help but feel a little bad for the girl next to her, but I’ll let you judge that for yourselves.
