A transport truck that became hung on a set of train tracks in Mer Rouge, Louisiana was obliterated by a freight train on Sunday in an accident that affected two engines and more than a dozen train cars, and the entire scene was captured on video by an entertaining couple passing through the town.
The reaction of the woman who filmed the incident says it all: “Holy mother of moo-moo,” indeed.
The driver of the truck managed to escape before the collision, according to the News Star, while two engineers “remain hospitalized in University Health Shreveport in serious but stable condition.” One rail car was carrying argon gas, leading to the evacuation of fifty nearby homes.
