Kenneth Webster Enlow is one crappy dude, and now he’s in deep doo-doo (again) for what he did.
A Tulsa man was arrested Sunday after allegedly being caught watching a woman and her 7-year-old daughter in a park bathroom. The woman told Tulsa County sheriff’s deputies that while in the women’s bathroom at White Water Park with her daughter she saw a man underneath a toilet looking up at them.
Kenneth Webster Enlow, 52, was found by authorities about 5 p.m. Sunday inside the septic tank covered in human waste, the report said. He was extracted by the Keystone Fire Department, cleaned with a fire hose and transported by EMSA to OSU Medical Center to be examined.
The report states that Enlow told deputies he was dumped in the toilet by a woman who struck him in the head with a tire iron. (Via)
