This Photobooth Proposal Earned A Newly Engaged Couple A Set Of Free Engagement Photos

Kevin Moran is the suavest man alive. In a Reddit post late Wednesday night, he linked to a video taken from a photobooth in a shopping mall. No, he wasn’t tapping into the booth’s data to steal pics and videos from unsuspecting shoppers. (Only 4chan users would find that to be “suave.”) Instead, he proposed to his unsuspecting girlfriend, Molly McGinnis. From WPVI-TV:

Moran lured McGinnis to their local mall under the guise of finishing up some holiday shopping before heading to dinner to celebrate their seventh anniversary. There was a photobooth outside one of the stores he wanted to visit and he casually suggested they pop in to take some pictures. Their first photo shows them happily smiling. But right before the second photo was snapped, Moran pulled a ring box from his pocket.

Molly’s reaction is downright magical. It’s the kind of thing romantic types enjoy seeing in whatever romantic comedy is showing in theaters or playing on television. I wish Kevin and Molly the best, though any congratulations I could possibly offer pale in comparison to what one Redditor said in a comment:

You guys will be looking back at those pictures and will reflect on one of the happiest moments in your lives.
Source: been married to my wife for 14 years.
Edit: im actually 23 and single

Then again, it could be a lot worse. Kevin’s romantic superpowers might not be so suave, but rather the symptomatic offspring of an egomaniacal screenwriter whose knowledge of human relationships stems from obsessive compulsive disorder and a disdain for the human condition. Wow, that got dark fast. (Probably too much 4chan.)
