Why is Seattle’s Stadium really so loud?


As many of you have pointed out over the years, my profile picture is of me going to a game at CenturyLink (very successful futuristic sounding name in My Opinion) Field to watch the Seadderall Pharmacyhawks play.

You can see me there with my girlfriend from that day that I met in the parking lot before the preseason opener in 2011 before she got us kicked out for not taking her top off when I got a awesome chant going in our entire section. For all its flaws though, CenturyLink is a great place to watch a game. The Seahawks have a impressive 15-1 home record over the past 2 years, with the only team to beat them being the Arizona Cardinals or “Desert Eagles” as I call em. So why exactly are they so good at home? Lets take a look at the Scientific reasons why the stadium is so loud:
