Oh, Scott Bakula — the guy will forever be cool with me due to Quantum Leap, but sadly Enterprise was quite the piece of crap. Granted, Bakula was the best part of Enterprise, but it wasn’t nearly enough.
So uh, yeah, I’m disappointed to report that Scott Bakula wants to be in the J.J. Abrams Star Trek movies and is really being kind of pathetic about it…
“I love the new film! Are you kidding? They just have to ask. They have my number. I fax it regularly over to his (J.J. Abrams’) office. Is that wrong? Is that pandering?”
When reached for comment J.J. Abrams responded “I…what? I don’t even have a fax machine. Nobody has a fax machine. It’s 2012. Is Scott Bakula just writing my name on a piece of paper and sticking it in his toaster or something?”
Scott, forget Star Trek — focus on finding Dean Stockwell and get to work on a Quantum Leap movie. Oh, and stop sticking copies of your resume in your waffle iron, it’s a fire hazard.
