I’ve watched Forgetting Sarah Marshall thirty minutes at a time often enough on late night cable to know it’s a really good movie. The cast is amazing, the jokes get better each time around, and it takes me back to a time when I thought Russell Brand could be funny. And then on top of that you’ve got Paul Rudd, Jonah Hill, and Bill Hader just innocuously popping in here and there to steal a scene. Good times.
So with Jason Segel and director Nicholas Stroller re-teaming for The Five Year Engagement — opening this week, co-starring Alison Brie, and promising to the best bet for compromise theater going in quite some time — a look back at Forgetting Sarah Marshall is in order. I’ve gone ahead and done the heavy lifting, sifting through all the gratuitous photos of Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Jason Segel’s wang to bring you guys the best media the web has to offer. You’re welcome.
