While Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut, Lost River, might be falling on the wrong side of critics, it isn’t a bad time for everybody. Take this lady for example, using Gosling’s screening at SXSW to propose to her girlfriend. The video above was captured by director Paul Allen Hunton.

The lady in question is Heather MacKay and her proposal came during the Q&A portion of the screening. Instead of asking Gosling any questions, she dropped the big one on her significant other.
Could it be viral marketing? Is it a stunt? Maybe it’s an actual genuine moment and I’m just ruined by constant hoaxes on the Internet. I’m sure Baby Goose is happy to be involved either way.
