Unless you’ve been under a rock these last few days, you’ve heard about “Deez Nuts,” an independent candidate running for President of The United States. Yes it’s real and yes it’s very spectacular. News outlets are just catching wind of Candidate Nuts and they’re having a field day with it (as evidenced in the video above).
In North Carolina, Deez Nuts is tracking at 9 percent according to a Public Policy Poll. But it’s not just North Carolina that’s all about BOFA (what’s BOFA guys?). Nuts is polling at 8 percent in Minnesota and 7 percent in Iowa. That’s more than Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, and Scott Walker, all of whom have millions of dollars and thousands of loyal followers.
Needless to say, Deez Nuts is not going away anytime soon. In fact, Nuts is going to hang around for awhile.

Personally, I like how patriotic Candidate Nuts is here. Donald Trump may want to “make America great again” but Nuts has adorned himself in the red, white and blue. Take that Trump!
And props to the intern at this news station for not going with a question mark. The muted color adds some intrigue. The viewer is left wondering, “Who is Deez Nuts?”
