Hillary Clinton Is Finally Really, Really, Really Sorry About That Whole Email Thing

Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has finally apologized about that thing that people were really pissed over. No, not that thing, the other thing. The email thing. Clinton had been heavily criticized by the media and politicians over the revelation that while she served as Secretary of State, she used a private email account, which, in Washington DC insider terminology, is shady as f***************ck. In an interview with ABC News on Tuesday night, Hilldawg took responsibility for the email whoopsie and said that she made a “mistake,” she’s “sorry about that” and she’s “trying to be as transparent as I possibly can.”

So, does this finally put an end to the call for answers? Well, if you make your judgments on headlines alone, the fact that Fox News referred to this as Clinton’s “first apology” should tell you everything you need to know. It also doesn’t help her cause that her aides reportedly had to talk her into the apology because people in a focus group demanded answers, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. In the meantime, we don’t yet know how Clinton’s apology will affect her polling, but we are predicting that her interview set an all-time high for wrists broken from dismissive wanking.
