The PC game My Garbage Cat Wakes Me Up At 3 a.m. Every Day is certainly simplistic and mindless. Once you play it, though, you’ll become its slave and miss hours and hours of actual work.
The entire game takes place in a sleeping man’s apartment. Your goal, if you choose to accept it, is to have a garbage cat do its darnedest to wake the dude up. Using the keyboard arrows along with the “Z” and “X” keys, you can make the cat jump, knock over items on shelves, and meow like there’s no tomorrow. You can even see your cat’s progress in waking the poor bastard up via the use of a “sleep meter.”
Not to play spoiler, but here is what happens at the end:
While this is certainly no GTAV, it should provide enough to do during work hours to make you look adequately busy.
