Texting is a complicated beast. Well, not really, but it is what separates us from the animals and it’s nice having that edge. (We’re also way more into soda than animals! Suck it, non-humans!) Sadly, texting can sometimes have its drawbacks. Like when you have to deal with someone on the other end showcasing MAXIMUM thirst.

BroBible has an example of such a phenomenon and it will make you wince. Twitter user @Uncle_glitter (possibly not her government name) shared a snippet of a conversation she had with a guy named Nick. It doesn’t appear to be any sort of Frost/Nixon style exchange, but one not delivered text from Uncle_glitter brought the chat into an unexpected direction.

*dives into a volcano*

OOF! Even with the not-sent “Working again :(” message, we wouldn’t recommend Nick’s course of action. For one, it doesn’t seem like it charmed the Uncle in any capacity. And two, you’ll be exposed for your thirst like those folks outside the Citadel in Mad Max: Fury Road. It’s been a day (A DAY!) and this exchange has been retweeted over 65,000 times with a staggering 144,000 likes and counting. How does Uncle_glittter feel about her smash tweet?

GIVE HER A RAISE, DAMMIT!
