FX announces premiere dates for ‘AHS,’ ‘Atlanta’ and 2016 fall line up

The horror. The horror.

FX today announced the premiere dates for their 2016 fall line up, and the sixth season of American Horror Story is just over two months away.

The cable network, with some of the most critically-acclaimed programs on TV, said that AHS will return on September 14 at 10 p.m. While we do know that Angela Bassett, Lady Gaga and Cheyenne Jackson will be back for the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning show, it”s still not known what the premise of this season will be.  

The network also said that the Donald Glover-comedy Atlanta is set for a September 6 debut. The show is about two cousins working their way up in the Atlanta hip-hop scene. Atlanta also stars Brian Tyree Henry.
