Do you care to check-in to “The Grand Budapest Hotel?” Check it out and tell us what you think. The new film, which is being distributed by FOX Searchlight, opens on March 7th, 2014. The story revolves around a lobby boy and a concierge, with Tony Revolori playing the former and Ralph Fiennes the latter.
The official synopsis for the movie reads “‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ recounts the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend. The story involves the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance painting and the battle for an enormous family fortune — all against the back-drop of a suddenly and dramatically changing Continent.”
As with Anderson’s other movies, the cast is full of well-known names, many of whom have worked with the writer-director previously. The cast includes Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, Tilda Swinton, Owen Wilson, Ed Norton, Adrien Brody, Saoirse Ronan, Jeff Goldblum, Harvey Keitel, Tom Wilkinson, and more.
However you might choose to describe that Wes Anderson feel, the trailer for “Grand Budapest Hotel” has it in spades.
