Disney’s D23 Fan Expo was all about the Star Wars news this past weekend. The event may have come to an end, but Sony has one more piece of Sith-y news for you. Coming this November, the company will be releasing a new Darth Vader-inspired PlayStation 4 console to the masses.
Hitting shelves a month before Star Wars: The Force Awakens takes the world by storm, the new variant of the popular entertainment system will come adorned with an etching of Darth Vader’s profile across the side, and will be available with two different bundles.
The first is the Star Wars: Battlefront bundle, which not only comes with exclusive DLC content, but will also arrive with a digital voucher to download four classic Star Wars games available on the PS4 for the very first time: Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter and Star Wars: Bounty Hunter.
The Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars bundle is the other option. Here, consumers will not only get the physical game, but the package will come with the Infinity playsets from the prequel and original Star Wars trilogies, as well as the Boba Fett Infinity action figure. Oh, and those classic Star Wars games listed in the first bundle will also be available for digital download here, too. So, there’s that!
Both of these bundles will become available on November 17, which is a week and a half before Black Friday. Make your plans accordingly.
