After several months of Deadpool teases, we have learned many things, but the most important treasure of all is knowing how much Deadpool loves the holidays. Ryan Reynolds has been perfectly game to cart his costume everywhere. He used it to celebrate Mother’s Day and to pose minxlike near a fireplace. He wore it to tell a naughty Thanksgiving joke and to totally cheat on Halloween (although children’s faces won some antihero forgiveness). This guy loves any reason to celebrate, but sh*t is getting real.
As promised, Deadpool is conquering Christmas with the #12DaysofDeadpool in conjunction with Empire Magazine. His first order of business? Tossing out his own personal wishlist. Deadpool wants a lot of stuff under the tree this year, and he must have been a good boy because dude expects a lot of holiday rain. His list reveals so much about his competing desires for Betty White, Andrew Ridgeley, Mario Batali, and fancy pirate hats. Where are the chimichangas? Deadpool would like some pudding instead. Maybe a sewing kit, too. Oh, and how about a replacement fourth wall?
Too far, Deadpool.
Here’s the entire wishlist for the taking. Let’s all buy him loudeners.
