We’ve seen trailers and teasers for Netflix’s upcoming Daredevil adaptation for Marvel, but all the media has been pretty dark and hard to see. Not that there’s much to see in the first place, but it’s almost like Netflix is trying to give viewers that full Matt Murdock experience.
Luckily Film Ink magazine has taken Dardevil actor Charlie Cox and slapped him on the cover in full costume:

Now I’m completely sold on this being an early version of the Daredevil suit, much like The Amazing Spider-Man featured an earlier costume compared to the one we’re familiar with. I don’t think we’re getting some updated version of the character’s team up with Bill Bixby’s Incredible Hulk, no matter how much one side of my brain thinks they will enjoy that.
Will we see the familiar costume in the series? Who knows. Knowing what we’ve gotten from Marvel at this point, I wouldn’t count out the slow burn. These Netflix series will be all tied together, so any costume changes might happen in passing near the end and find some flesh later in another take. We’ll just have to wait until April 10th to find out.
