Jennifer Lawrence may be a huge “Dumb and Dumber” aficionado – but she reportedly wasn't a fan of the cameo she filmed for the movie's upcoming sequel.
The “Hunger Games” actress – who professed her love for the hit 1994 comedy during an appearance on “Jimmy Fallon” last year – reportedly shot a brief walk-on appearance for the film last fall, but ultimately exercised her right to have it axed from the final cut, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. She was allegedly cast as a younger version of Kathleen Turner's character Fraida Felcher.
The Farrelly Brothers as well as Lawrence's camp have denied THR's report.
“Dumb and Dumber To” opens this Friday. Lawrence's “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1,” meanwhile, drops on November 21.
